On which devices can I watch my workouts?

You can watch your workouts on nearly any device:

  • Desktop or laptop computer by heading to our website

  • Phone or tablet by heading to our website

 

Additionally, you can watch your workouts on your TV by:

  • Linking your iPhone phone or Mac computer using Airplay (your Apple TV must be at least 4th generation)

  • Casting your computer-run Chrome browser using Chromecast

  • Using an HDMI cord to connect a computer or laptop to your TV

How do you support instructors? 

Dime Pilates operates on a revenue sharing model, which means that every time you watch a workout class, the instructor of that class benefits! Revenue share is based on video views - so to support your favourite instructors keep watching their classes!

 

How long is the free trial?

The free trial for a Dime Pilates membership is 7 days. On the 8th day, you will be charged your monthly fee. Then, your monthly payments will recur on the same day of every month. For example, if your first payment is on the 22nd of the month, your auto-renewal will remain on the 22nd for every subsequent billing. 

If you do not cancel your free trial, you will be charged on the 8th day of your membership and will be able to cancel your payment for the following month.

Can I purchase individual plans without becoming a Dime Pilates member?

We do not offer the ability to purchase individual series. The only way access our new series and classes is with a Dime Pilates Membership. To access any of our unique Pilates programs, head to Plans & Pricing to sign up for a 7-day free trial, and become a Dime Pilates member for only $17.99/month, or $170 for an entire year!

I don't want to be a Dime Member. How do I cancel my membership?

No worries! You can cancel your membership at any time:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions tab in your site's dashboard.

  2. Hover over the relevant plan and click to view it.

  3. Click Manage Subscription.

  4. Select Cancel Subscription.

  5. For recurring plans: Select when the cancellation takes effect:

    • Cancel at end of this billing period: Plan continues till end of current payment cycle (e.g. till the end of the month for a monthly plan). Plan does not renew.

    • Cancel immediately: Client's access to services stops immediately.

  6. Click Yes, Cancel.
